Reiki is a Japanese deep relaxation and healing technique used by millions of people worldwide. It is also now being used in many hospitals with great results particularly for people in acute pain or anxiety. Reiki has been clinically proven to affect the Autonomic Nervous System causing deep relaxation and a lowering of blood pressure.

A Reiki session is very relaxing. You remain fully clothed and lay on a massage table with blankets and pillows to keep you comfortable. The practitioner explains the process and soothed by soft music and the relaxing effect of the Reiki energy you can drift easily and naturally into a lovely meditative state or even a deep sleep. This gives your mind/body system the opportunity to enter into it's natural healing state to help restore your balance, health and vitality. The more sessions you have, the better you can get.
